Provider Privacy Policy

Identification data. Your name, email address, and phone number, set up with you when Spinpress creates your provider account. If you connect Sign in with Apple, we also receive your Apple account identifier and the email Apple shares (which may be a private relay address).

Device notifications. Push-notification tokens and your device platform, so new assignments and job updates reach your provider app.

Operational records. The jobs assigned to you and their status history (timestamps for pickup, processing, and delivery), including the Customer's pickup address while you are servicing that job.

Infrastructure logs. Standard technical logs (such as IP address and device information) are processed by our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase, as part of operating the platform.

We do not collect your physical address, government identification, driver's license, background-check records, bank details, or tax identification numbers.

Assigning you garment care jobs from local Customers and operating the marketplace.

Sending operational updates by push notification in the provider app.

Monitoring service timelines — the standard 24–48 hour turnaround and same-day rush windows.

Responding to support questions and keeping the platform safe and reliable.

We do not sell your personal data.

With Customers: none of your personal data today — Customers see the status of their order, not who is servicing it.

With service providers: our platform runs on Google Firebase, which processes the data above on our behalf. Customer payments are processed by Stripe; no Provider personal data is sent to Stripe today.

For legal reasons: we will disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or request from municipal authorities (such as the Virginia Beach Commissioner of the Revenue).

We implement industry-standard security rules through our Firebase backend. We retain your operational data for as long as your account is active.

Upon deactivation, we utilize a soft-delete protocol, retaining necessary records for up to seven (7) years for tax and legal compliance.
