Your garments are cared for by our founding network of Spinpress Providers—local wash-and-press pros right here in Virginia Beach. Every provider is approved by Spinpress before they can take orders, and must keep up our quality standards to stay on the platform. Your clothes are never sent to a massive, industrial facility, and they are never mixed with anyone else's laundry.

No surprise fees. Wash & fold is $1.85 per lb with a 20 lb / $37 minimum. Pressing is priced by item, and a $7.99 service and delivery fee is listed up front. You see what you’ll pay in the app before you request a pickup.

You can leave your bags at the door for pickup. We return them to your doorstep — you don’t have to wait around.

Add a note to your address in the app (pickup, delivery, or care details) and your provider sees it with the order. For anything special, email support@spinpresslaundry.com before your pickup.

Typically 24 to 48 hours from pickup to drop-off. Book at least two hours before your pickup window. Need it the same day? Book a rush order by 9 AM.

Pay in the app. Before pickup we place a temporary hold on your saved card; you're charged the final amount when your clothes are delivered, and any unused hold is released. No cash, no invoices. Tipping in cash is not required.
