How we handle your information.

Account details. When you create a Spinpress account we collect your mobile number and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and email address those services share with us. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address instead of your real email.

Pickup and delivery details. To do your laundry we need your street address, any delivery instructions you add, and the contents of your order (estimated weight and pressing items).

Payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches Spinpress systems; we store only a reference to your saved card, the payment status, and the amounts held or charged for each order.

Waitlist signups. If you join the waitlist on this site, we collect the email address and ZIP code you enter.

Contact form. If you message us through this site, we collect your name, email, and message, plus the phone number and order number if you add them, so our team can reply.

Device notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device so we can tell you about your order's progress.

We use your information to run the service: scheduling pickups, matching your order with a laundry provider, processing payments, sending order updates, and answering support requests, including messages sent through the contact form.

We use waitlist emails to tell you when Spinpress launches in your area.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site or in the app.

The provider handling your order sees what they need to do the job: your name, pickup address, instructions, and order contents — never your payment details.

We rely on a small set of service companies to operate: Google Firebase (accounts, databases, notifications, hosting) and Stripe (payments). If you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, Apple or Google confirms your identity and shares the details described above. These companies process your data under their own security and privacy commitments.

We share information beyond that only if the law requires it or to protect against fraud or abuse.

We keep order history while your account is active so you and our support team can see what happened with past orders.

You can delete your account any time from inside the app (Account → Delete my account). That cancels any open orders, disables your login, revokes Spinpress's access to your Apple account if you used Sign in with Apple, and stops any further use of your data; records of completed transactions are retained as required for accounting and dispute handling.

Spinpress is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
