Provider FAQ

You are the engine of our marketplace! As a provider, you take on local laundry and pressing jobs in Virginia Beach, pick up the items from the customer's doorstep, process them in your own home according to their instructions, and deliver them back pristine within 24 to 48 hours.

Spinpress assigns jobs to you directly — each new assignment appears in your provider app with the pickup window, the address, and what's in the order. You tell us when and how often you're available, and we match jobs to that. If you need a weekend off, just let us know.

Some orders are same-day: they're marked RUSH in your app, picked up 9–11 AM and delivered back 6–8 PM the same evening. The windows shown on the job are binding, so you'll always know exactly what you're committing to.

Reliable access to a high-quality washer and dryer. If you want to take on pressing work too, you'll also need a quality iron and ironing board. And you'll need a reliable vehicle with a clean interior so garments stay perfectly fresh during transit.

You're paid directly by Spinpress for every completed job — no chasing clients for cash. Payment details are agreed with us when you join; the app itself doesn't process provider payments today.

No professional background is required, but an obsessive attention to detail is. We're looking for locals who take pride in their work, whether that means perfectly folding a batch of everyday wear or bringing the crispness back to professional attire.
